ExperienceIf you're in the Bay Area and you are looking to take the LSAT in June or October, shoot me an e-mail!
I scored a 180 on the LSAT and can prove it with a score report. My understanding of this test cannot be rivaled in this area. I do not teach anything else (although I have in the past taught SAT and SSAT). LSAT is my only focus, so you are getting someone who really specializes in the test.
I have all the prep materials you will need, including various prep guides as well as prep tests.
I have been trained by a nationally known (not a boutique) LSAT prep company and have worked for them teaching full classes.
My methods aren't new, or innovative, but they are easy to learn and will give you the tools you need to practice and get better on your own in addition to the time you spend with me. I have a specific lesson plan and strategy I follow and tailor for each student. I have current students ranging from a variety of goals and starting points.
I offer FIRST SESSION FREE. One hour, no commitment, so you have nothing to lose. You can see if I'm a good fit first and if we can communicate.
I am tutoring in San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, most of the East Bay, and even the North/South Bay and Peninsula areas.
My rates are a highly affordable $50/hour (compared to $150/hr for a private Kaplan LSAT Tutor). I also require a minimum of a $5 session fee for coming to San Francisco, and it could be higher depending on where you are. I can come to South Bay/Peninsula areas for a higher session fee. Free admissions counseling is also included.
If you only want admissions counselling, I charge a flat $50 fee (plus the session fee depending on where you are). This includes a one hour one-on-one advising session, e-mail and phone support, help writing essays including your personal statement, and more!
